This role requires a high level of responsibility and commitment. We’re looking for mature, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills who can work independently. Candidates must be reliable and patient, as this position involves a significant commitment to the well-being of the pets in our care.
We invest in comprehensive training and seek team members who can commit to a minimum of six months, with the hope of fostering long-term relationships. Our current employee retention average is 2 years!

Important Considerations:
- This position offers variable hours, and schedules may change frequently with short notice.
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including the Texas heat and during hurricane season.
- Reliable personal transportation is required for travel between client homes.
- Smart phone with unlimited/ high data limit in order to utilize our state of the art app Scout.
Pet Sitter Responsibilities at Lucky Paws BCS
- Ensuring the overall safety and well-being of pets in our care.
- Maintaining the safety and security of the client's home.
- Providing peace of mind to clients through clear communication, quality photos, and consistent positive interactions with pets.
- Enhancing the pets happiness and well-being through play, affection, attention, mental stimulation, and engaging activities.
